Spare parts

With ever increasing powerrequirements and the necessityto ensure uptime, spare parts areessential to the critical powerindustry.

Even though the equipment is built for years of reliable performance under the most demanding conditions, individual life expectancies of components can vary, thus reducing the equipment’s optimal performance. When a component reaches the end of its life, the ability to reduce that impact and restore your critical system to normal operating mode is vital. Having a stock of spare parts at your fingertips to support your aging equipment is essential in maximizing the equipment’s life. The existence of on-site spares can reduce your mean time to repair (MTTR) significantly, thus ensuring operational continuity or the supportive systems on which your company depends.

With components becoming obsolete, it is imperative to take advantage of current spare parts availability today. The lead times and costs of these components will increase in the upcoming years, and in some cases may no longer be available. We therefore recommend stocking a minimum of one (1) comprehensive it for every ten (10)units of the same configuration to ensure adequate parts availability and protection.
In today’s fast-paced environment, your company cannot afford to lose time or information due to equipment failures. Even though these critical systems are designed to perform for 20 or more years, a single component failure can occur at any time. On-site spares help to reduce the economic ramifications of downtime and provide that added layer of security and protection.
